Additionally, applicant and licensees receive two U.S. State Department compliant passport photographs at no additional charge for submitting with their licensing application if required by their specific state or federal government agency. Public notary services are also available if necessary.

Federal government employees, contractors, out-of-state and immigration visa applicant and licensees who's agency require fingerprint cards be returned to them for processing should obtain these cards directly from their respective agency if possible and bring with them. Once registered, simply bring your receipt and proper identification within thirty (30) day's of registering to be fingerprinted. No special appointment is required. It's that simple. Mobile Livescan Fingerprinting services are available throughout the state of Maryland, District of Columbia and Northern Virigina and is available to all government agency's, private institutions, businesses, schools and others who have a group of applicants and licensees requiring to be fingerprinted for state and Federal criminal background record checks. Processing Times:
Records submitted electronically by Maryland Livescan to the state of Maryland routinely average 24 hours or less to complete. In most cases results are received electronically by the requesting agency in just a few short hour's. In comparison, request submitted on standard fingerprint cards average 6 to 8 weeks to complete. Processing times for FBI records request currently average 8 to 12 weeks (or longer) to complete. Approximately 7 to 10 day's of submitting the record request applicant and licensees should receive a copy of the report. If the applicant or licensee fail to receive a copy of the report, they are urged to contact the appropriate state or Federal government agency listed below with their tracking number provided to them at the time of being fingerprinted to check the status and request a copy of their report.
